Can you claim an unborn child as a dependent in FL?

No, you cannot claim an unborn child in Florida as a dependent.  You will be able to claim the child in 2023.

No, you cannot claim an unborn child in Florida as a dependent.  You will be able to claim the child in 2023.

Florida doesn't have a personal income tax.

The only state in which you can claim a credit for an unborn child for 2022 is Georgia.   If you are anywhere else, you will claim your child next year on the 2023 tax return that you prepare and file in 2024.
