Sounds like you have a legal problem - see an attorney.

No one can access a tax return that was prepared here except the user who prepared the return.   We do not understand what you are trying to do or who Janae is.   If you have some legal standing to get her SSN then ask Social Security for the number.   TurboTax cannot get SSN's for you.

IRS will not tell you who claimed a dependent, even if the dependent is yourself.

Your only option is to file correctly a paper return via US Mail.

IRS will work it out.

A eligible foster child meets the relationship test for claiming a child as a dependent and, for tax purposes,  holds the same weight as a blood relation.

You can only claim a foster child that is placed with you by:

  • A State or local government agency
  • An Indian tribal government
  • A tax-exempt organization licensed by a state or an Indian tribal government
  • A court order

So, it usually comes down to: who did the child live with the most.  See "Qualifying Child"  rules at: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/tax-tips/Family/Rules-for-Claiming-a-Dependent-on-Your-Tax-Return/INF12139.html
