can we file electronically in 2025-we got married in 2024 and will be MFJ but my wife in 2023 (was my girlfriend in 2023) did not file a tax return

can we electronically file if in 2023 my wife (girlfriend in 2023 did not file a tax return) married in 2024

yes you should be able to e-file, for her 2023 AGI use zero.
