Can TurboTax help me with the form 1040 in order to apply for my taxes and the ITIN number for my wife?

I am willing to purchase the turbotax payment, however I am going to apply for an ITIN number for my wife. So, I have scheduled an appointment with IRS in two days for this I can not send my taxes online and I need the form 1040 in addition to other documents. Can TurboTax help me with this and how? I want to know before I pay.

When you visit the IRS office they will help you to do what is required.

They may also suggest tax software.

IRS makes tax software available at no charge if your income is low enough.
