Can the Healthcare.gov deny me coverage if the IRS hasnt finished my taxes yet?

Due to TurboTax messing up my tax return, IRS contacted me. I sent them the info they asked for. Still havent received my refund. Now Healthcare.gov thinks I havent filed my taxes yet. What can I do?

according to the ACA website, paystubs with your name can be used to verify your income.  whether you filed a return or not should not matter.  have you called them. 800-318-2596

Don't let the scary letter from the marketplace worry you .  You have filed a return and there is nothing more you can do at this time to speed up the process. Give the number on the notice of call and let them know that your return is stuck in processing.
