No. The CD/Download version will not work on an Android. You can't even install it.

No, the TurboTax amend software can only be installed on a Windows or Mac computer, not on a mobile device.  Nor can the prior year TurboTax desktop software by installed on a mobile device.

If you are referring to the 2017 tax year, then you can use TurboTax on a mobile device.  See this TurboTax website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/mobile/
