Can't submit to see Credit Report and Credit Score

The message I'm getting:

 

It looks like some of your personal info isn’t correct. These things can happen. Let’s try again and double check that all of your details are accurate.
You’re less than a minute away

 

I've entered in all my information correctly. Double checked spelling and social. I even tried with my previous address. I'd like to know what your source is that's used for comparing my information to tell me it's incorrect because maybe I need to verify that THAT source has the right info. Someone please get in contact with me to give me a clue as to why you think the information provided is incorrect. This information should already align with all intuit products I've used before.

If you are using the app, you should try deleting it and reinstalling. Otherwise, you can get further support for Turbo at the web sites below.
