Can't seem to run Turbo Tax 2022

Just got Turbo Tax Deluxe for TY2022. I installed it and on first launch it checks for Updates. It finds some updates and then I get this screen:

Failed Updates:

Failed to install update. Microsoft installer error: 1603, Fatal error during installation.

Try this ...

1) uninstall the program

2) download the installation file

3) disconnect from the internet and turn off firewall

4) install program

5) reconnect to internet and turn on firewal

6) update again
