Can’t save the progres of my taxes

Looks lime there is a bug that doesn’t allow me to save the progress of my Tax return 2019, it does not auto save, and even when I click save and close window when I want to go back to it I have to start over! Is getting very frustrating. I’m in my copy #5 now. Please help

Have you tried to clear the cache?

If you are filing with TurboTax online, let's do these:

Clear your cache and sign back into the program. To clear cache, click here: Cache
Check your internet connection. Try to log out and sign back in the program.

I just did that again and nothing is saved!, so frustrating. I tried different computers, different browsers, new computer, iOS app and still not saving progress so I have to start over again.
