I am locked out of my TurboTax account. I recently got a new phone number and am not able to access the old one so even though I know my login info it keeps wanting to send as code to the old number. I have tried account recovery 3 times with no help. It keeps telling me that I don't have an account when I know I do because I just filed my taxes with TurboTax and I even have emails from them about it. So, I called the support number and the guy had no idea what he was talking about and pretty much told me there was nothing he could do. So, I guess I'm just locked out of my account for good? Can nobody really help me here??
