Can't enter property tax because a blue shaped tear drop appears. How do I get around this problem?

The blue teardrop seems to be related to Microsoft products and is not generated by the TurboTax software.  Here is a discussion from the Microsoft Community that may shed some light on what it is and what you can possibly do about it.

One person found that happened only when they selected the field using a touch screen.

If they selected the field using the touch pad, or a mouse, then it would work normally and an entry could be made.

This was true for me also.
