Can't efile, can't remove PR-141 from taxes. Have deleted state and restarted multiple times, won't allow me to remove PR-141 and efile.

I was able to remove it by lying and stating that I am neither a renter nor home owner.  Is lying about not being a renter something that can get me in trouble with the state tax department?  It was the only way to not include a PR-141.
