I have tried every solution I have seen from the numerous other members having the exact same struggle. There are no numbers at all in my "Credit Carryover Earned in Prior Years" sections and I went back and checked the federal as well. I can't just delete the credit section because I have a credit in another area. I do not have the form IT-255 to delete, either. I have signed out and tried again, I have tried in a different browser, and at this point I am completely confused where this is coming from and need serious assistance so that I can e-file. This should not be happening! Has anyone else found a unique way to work around/resolve this issue? Thank you for any help anyone can provide.
