I had same error as other posts when trying to pay for e-file " Can't connect to Turbo Tax Cloud "
I was on wifi at public library , when to a 2nd library and had same issue. I then tethered my PC to my phone and was able to sign-in to Intuit , enter credit card information , and complete e-file
