Can someone please help me, the restaurant i work for changed LLC from filing last and i’m not sure if i should say i worked at that one or say no and enter the new one

I’m not 100% sure when we switched LLC, i just don’t want to put in the wrong thing

You should wait for your W-2 and enter the information from the W-2.    What are you trying to do that has you confused about the employer name?
