 TurboTax has a product called TurboTax Live, where you can have a tax expert assist you.  

 

You have to choose TurboTax Live when you begin your tax return, or you can select it as you are preparing your return.  To select TurboTax Live:

 

  1. Launch TurboTax
  2. Select Live Tax Advice at the top of your screen

 

 

 

  1. A panel will appear on the right where you have the option to upgrade to TurboTax Live.
