Can someone explain to me why when I hit confirm payment button, nothing happens. I am all done filing, now I am just reviewing, but I am unable to go any further?

Maybe you are waiting for some forms.  Click Review to see if you are missing some forms needed in order to e-file.

 

Many federal and state forms are not yet available.  Check here for form availability. The dates are subject to change.

No hurry to e-file since the IRS will not begin to accept/reject 2023 e-files until January 29.

It is also possible that there is a problem with your TurboTax account.  The billing department would have to resolve the issue.  They are in Mountain time and open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.  You need to call support during those times and explain your problem and that you need to have them contact the billing department because your payment is not being accepted.  

This does not happen often and many of the agents on the phones are not familiar with it, so if they don't understand tell them to find out how to contact billing department.
