Not necessarily.
There could be any number of reasons some eligible customers may not have received an e-mail. It is also possible that you were not an affected taxpayer. In this public forum, we cannot collect the information necessary to determine if you should have received one.
I would advise you to check your bank account for the next week as the IRS will continue to process payments through January 15, 2021.
