Can not connect to internet... still

Looks like this is a problem this year from earlier chats. Some reported being able to get in but after disabling firewalls and trying to put https://*.intuit.com as a trusted site this will still not connect to the interenet.

 

Any other tricks? Is the service going to be fixed anytime soon TT?

Possibly.  Try the following to remove debris in the background if you are using TurboTax Online/Mobile.

 

In this situation, first please try clearing the cookies and cache.   It handles many issues that seem nonsensical on a regular basis with online activity. 

  • First, close your TurboTax return.

Watch to be sure you are selecting 'all time' as example.  Do not use selections like 'last hour' for those browsers that give  you options.

Once this is complete try again.
