Can my wife file with me as a dependent, if I am disabled but don't collect ssi yet?

I am adult disabled who does not collect ssi payments or any income from anywhere. I have been this way for at least four years, but my wife and I file jointly as we have always done. My wife is the only one who works, and makes a income. I was wondering if We should be filing different and if I can be a dependent under her tax return??? Please help,

You should continue to file as you have, Married Filing Jointly.

When you file that way, she is getting your exemption, which is as if she is claiming you as a dependent.

Spouses cannot claim each other as dependents, but they do claim each other's exemption.

You are filing the correct way.
