Can my wife and I file return with different address if filing married filing separately?

We bought a home in November 2016. After getting everything together we moved in early January. We still have the apartment in the other address which is in NY. The lease is up Nov 2017. The new home is in NJ. I changed my address with employer and license. She changed her license the same time as me but her address is still the same (NY) with her employer.  This year we are filing NYC address because we were there all year. But can she file next year in NYC and I file NJ?

Yes, you will be able to use two different addresses if your filing status will be Married Filing Separately.
