Can I use Turbotax to check last years tax return done by a CPA?

I have always used a CPA to do my taxes.  after going through turbo tax for 2017, My refund was much higher than 2016.  Not much changed in my finances, so I am questioning if my 2016 return was processed properly.

Yes you can. You will first need to purchase a prior year TurboTax product using the link below. Then you can begin to enter in all of your income tax information. Please see below:

So you're saying that I can't upload a pdf of last year's return (from a CPA), true?  Rather, I have to use last year's version of TurboTax and manually enter all of the information off of the return prepared by the CPA, true??

Just want to make sure I understand.
