Can I use PayPal account to receive my refund

No, unfortunately, you are not able to receive your refund into your PayPal account.

Yes you can. There's an option if you have the paypal cash account. Gives you acct and rout # through Wells Fargo. Look under direct deposit info. I had mine sent there.
