Can I use my refund transfer"RT" application and agreement. Will that work to e-file

Yes, you can. If you choose to pay the TurboTax fee from your Federal refund, you would have been charged additional fees as Refund processing fee. If you opt to pay from credit card, Refund processing fee will not be charged.
