Can I use my purchased Amazon TurboTax license code to download and install desktop version?

Hi,

Amazon is super strict with purchased order. I bought my "TurboTax Premier 2021 Tax Software, Federal and State Tax Return with Federal E-file [Amazon Exclusive] [PC Download]" by mistake. The purchase was 3 months ago. It's time to do my tax filing. I want is a MAC version because TurboTax does not support Windows 7.

My question is:

Can I use my Amazon license code and download the MAC version at Intuit website?

The license code would be input into the software.

In order to receive a refund, please contact Amazon customer support. If you specify you got the Windows option but need the Mac they may switch you out. Otherwise you would need to purchase the Mac Version from Turbo Tax to use it.

Or find another Windows computer to install it on like a relative or friend.
