Can I upload my unemployment 1099

A Form 1099-G for Unemployment Compensation cannot be imported into the TurboTax program.  You will receive the 1099-G from your state or it will be available on the state website.

To enter unemployment compensation

• Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
• Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Under Unemployment
• On Unemployment and Paid Family Leave, click the start or update button

Or enter unemployment compensation in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen.  Click on Jump to unemployment compensation

I never received my 1099-g is there a way that I can upload it to my TurboTax

Your state provides the Form 1099-G, it cannot be imported.  Contact your state for a copy of the 2021 Form 1099-G.
