Can I talk to someone and what is your phone number

I helped a friend do her taxes through terrible tax but it was denied after I had paid the fee for the quick return

There is no such thing as the "quick return" --- so not sure what made you think that.  Tax returns are processed by the IRS, which takes as much time as it takes--TurboTax does not have a way to speed up the IRS or get a "quick" refund.

 

If the return was rejected, tell us the rejection code or rejection message so we can help---- Or even copy and paste the emailed rejection message.
