Can I talk to a human being

ok this company makes seem so easy to speak to a person , yet I have had to go through hell where is a human

Use the info I'm linking below to contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours.  If you are using the Free Edition of TurboTax, you'll be required to upgrade to the minimum paid TT product, the PLUS feature.  Telephone support is not a feature included with the Free Edition.
