Can I talk to a Full Service Agent before filing about my situation?

Can I talk to a Full Service Agent before filing time about my situation as my tax situation might be getting more complicated and we want to be ready at filing time?

About your 2020 return?  Or for next year?  Full service is only currently for 2020.
