Can I switch versions of TurboTax without losing all my data?

I started with Self-Employed but I don't think I need it because that income was reported by a K-1.

No - if you don't need all of the features of TurboTax Self Employed, the only way to downgrade, to another version of TurboTax Online, is to clear any data which you have entered in Self employed, and start over in the other TurboTax version...and this can only be done if  you haven't paid yet (or registered in a free version)

For the record, this is an incredibly stupid user experience. I know for a fact you don't need to throw away all that entered data when a user selects another product.
