Can I switch to Online for 2023? I used Desktop in 2022 & online in 2021.

How do I switch from desktop 2022 to Online 2023?

Yes, you can use the TurboTax 2023 online editions if you used the TurboTax 2022 desktop editions.  You will need to transfer the 2022 tax data file from your computer to the 2023 online return when the return is started.
