Can I still use my US address as principal residence address although I'm currently living outside the US?

Yes, if you are still able to get access to mail sent to your US address.  The address on your tax return should be your mailing address since it will be used for any correspondence from the IRS to you.

Thank you very much for the advice!  Actually I have another question.  I didn't pay for my health insurance after I left the country on March 21st, 2024. Is there any way that I can waive the tax penalty for the period from April to December? I'm thinking to check 'Resident of foreign country or U.S. territory' under "Wasn't required to get insurance" but I'm not sure if that's the right answer...

Yes, according to MarilynG in her TurboTax post, "indicate that 'we had health insurance coverage all year' and no further health insurance info will be required".
