Can I still get the IRS stim. for unemployment, if I used my 2019 income on my 2020 taxes. I had over 10,200 in unemployment in 2020?

You will have to provide a clearer explanation of what you mean by "I used my 2019 income on my 2020 taxes" ---since if you really used 2019 W-2's or other 2019 income on a 2020 income tax return you made a big mistake and your income tax return is all wrong.

Only 2020 income could be entered on a 2020 income tax return.   EXACTLY what income did you enter on your 2020 tax return?

Yes.  You only enter your 2019 income to calculate the EIC Credit If it was higher than your 2020 income.  I hope you don't mean you entered 2019 income anywhere else.

When I went to file my 2020 taxes this year on turbo tax.com, there was an option that was given this year, to use your 2019 income, not W-2s, if you made more in 2019 or less, due to Covid and people on unemployment. It gave the option to also see if which on you used, would give a better return.

No I didn't, only in that one option section. Every where else, I used my 2020 W-2s and the unemployment 10---something something form I got, since I collected unemployment in 2020.

So you mean you used the "lookback" to get a better amount for earned income credit or child tax credit---okay---just making sure you did not literally enter a 2019 W-2 etc onto a 2020 income tax return.

The IRS began to send out the additional refund checks for tax withheld from unemployment in May.   If you are eligible for the extra refund for federal tax that was withheld from your unemployment the IRS will be sending you an additional refund sometime during the next several months.  TurboTax cannot track or predict when it will be sent.  The IRS has not provided a way for you to track it, so all you can do is wait for the refund to arrive.

Good. When did you file?  If you filed early the IRS will recalculate your return for the new 10,200 unemployment exemption for you.

If you didn't file early your unemployment compensation will be on Schedule 1 line 7.  The exclusion will be on Schedule 1 Line 8 as a negative number. The result flows to Form 1040 Line 8.

I filed, before the change happened, I always file early each year. I don't like to wait for money lol. So I'm just playing the waiting game.
