Can I still file my taxes if I haven't received my SSA1099? Can I add up the amounts received from my bank statements and add Mdicare B payments?
I received $25.80/month from Social Security. I paid $2350.80 in Medicare Part B premiums. I did not get a 1099 for this. can I still file using these figures?

You should not file your tax return with your Form SSA-1099. If you haven't received it in the mail, and don't want to wait, you can get a copy by going to SSA - Get a Tax Form
