Can I start a new tax return for a family member with Turbotax 2024?

If you are using the TurboTax online editions, you will have to create a new account with a new User ID.  The online editions can only be used for one tax return per account and User ID.

Only if you have the download version of tt. If you have the online version you will have to start a new account for her.
