9TH REQUEST

Please advise re status of my case [phone number removed]. relating to 2023 TurboTax Home and Business product that failed to give access, as reviewed Customer Car rep "Cassandra M"

Note TurboTax Ggmail.comeneral counsel, Kerry McClean also involved;  Formal complaint is pending response. (See letter date February 1, 2024 for background.)  Thank you.

@j2gmreno24 You have been advised several times that posting on this forum is not going to help you with your problem.  

Only TurboTax support can assist you.  This forum IS NOT TurboTax support   So call TurboTax support using the phone provided in prior posts.
