Do you mean you want to claim them on your tax return?

Please provide more information:

1.  Are you a US citizen or resident?  If on visa type, what visa?  When did you first enter the US?

2.  Are your spouse and child nonresidents of the United States?

3.  What citizenship and residency you and your family have?

You cannot claim your spouse who lives overseas as a dependent, but you can claim your children who are U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, or U.S. residents, or residents of Canada or Mexico. The qualifying person must meet all the dependency rules or Head of Household status is unavailable.
