Can I re-transfer last year's tax return without losing this year's input? I used the wrong version of my last year's return when transfer. I have already input all info

When I started to fill my 2018's return with Turbotax software, I selected the wrong version of my 2017 tax return. I just found out, but I have input all the info already. Can I re-transfer and still keep all my input for this year?

No.  Unfortunately the only way to re-transfer last year's information into a 2018 return is to start a new 2018 return.

Thank you for the answer! For the stocks info I have input, can I do something like cut/paste or download/upload from my old 2018 return to the new 2018 return?

You can import your Form 1099-B from your broker, but that's it.
