Can I pay my taxes using multiple bank accounts?

No, if you’re electing to pay your tax liability using Direct Debit through TurboTax you can’t make partial payments or pay from multiple accounts.

An alternative is to pay the IRS directly using their payment portal that does allow you to make a partial payment from one account and the balance from another. https://www.irs.gov/Payments/Direct-Pay

I am trying to paid full amount with direct debit from my account. But it only gave me a choice of pay with credit card or from tax Refund. I just want to paid with Bank Account.
