Can I pay my taxes to have done out of the taxes that I’m getting back?

No you will merdvtonpaybwirh a credit card to have someone do your taxes.

You can have the Turbo Tax fees deducted from your federal refund if your refund big enough to cover the fees plus the EXTRA $40 Refund Processing Service charge.
