can I make my payment over a time period. I only get paid once a month?

I don't have a refund coming ?

Yes, you can setup an installement plan. Refer to the TurboTax Help article Can I set up a payment plan for my taxes? for more information.

 

The monthly minimum payment for an installment plan is your balance due divided by 72. Refer to the TurboTax article What is the Minimum Monthly Payment for an IRS Installment Plan? for additional information.
