Can I log into Mint with my Intuit account? I've used Turbo for 10 years and when I login it shows Mint. I want to try it again but can't.

I remember setting Mint up years ago and it keeps asking me for my email address, which is the same one back then. But I STILL can't tie everything together.

Yes. Ideally, there is typically one Intuit login for all products. You may have more than one account. This article helps track down what the duplicates are: How many TurboTax accounts do I have?
