Can I let family members use my Turbotax premier, which I downloaded onto my desktop, on their computer? Do they use my account to download onto their computer?

In the past I would get a CD which I would simply hand over to family members who can then do their taxes.

You can only install the TurboTax software that you purchased on computer that you own. Releasing the software you purchased to someone else is a violation of the End User License Agreement for the desktop software.
