Can I include an expense if I don't currently have the receipt?
it's an educational expense relating to my job. I want to try to deduct it.

Receipts are required for deductions greater than $75. That said, if it is an expense related to your job, and you are a W-2 employee, then those type of expenses are no longer tax deductible. They were eliminated by new tax law.
