Can I import prior year Lacerte software tax file into Turbo tax?

I have copy of 2017 Lacerte tax file on a Thumb drive. How can I import that into the 2017 Turbo tax program?

and TT is not licensed for use by paid tax professionals.

No. You can go from TurboTax to Lacerte but not vice versa.
