I am so upset with this business . all that I am ask to pay for your help, and I can't talk to a live person.!!!!!
Your message indicates you are using the TurboTax online Self-Employed edition. You do not have to upgrade to another edition for TurboTax telephone support. Nor do you have to pay for anything to speak with a support agent.
