Can I get some kind of tax credit if I was caretaker of my disabled mother and only got $75 a week as pay?

Unfortunately, no.

There is not a tax credit for taking care of your mother.  What are you trying to do?  Who paid you $75 a week?  Were you claimed as a dependent on someone else's tax return?
