Can I get application support on turbotax?

I don't need tax help, I need help with how to remove my spouse from my return and the AI answer doesn't apply to my situation.

If you filed as Married Filing Jointly using your account for prior years and now you are no longer legally married then you will have to create a new account with a new User ID for filing as Single.
