If you mean you paid for your software but could not e-file because the return was rejected, they are not going to refund your fee, because you can still file the return by mail instead of e-filing it. The fee is the same whether you e-file or file it by mailing it in an envelope. But you can have that discussion with customer support.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
