Try asking your questions here.  We've seen any problem you can have.  And it will probably be faster than calling in.  What version do you have?  The Free Edition does not have phone support.

If you have a tax question you can add the LIVE feature but it costs more.  Don't think they can help if you have a problem with the program or have a billing question.

Go to the help section after you sign on to turbo tax and click on contact.  Sign into intuit if you still have problems and accomplish it that way
